If your thinking about building your own custom router table, this kit will give you all the parts you may need. Some of the parts are hard to find and having them all together will allow you to build your custom creation. Why be limited to the dimensions of our router table? Well if you order a 24" piece from one of those catalog vendors, you will have to cut the piece in half. When you do that, your insert holes are not going to line up. This track is already cut, and the counter sunk holes are all ready to go for installation.
