As both Jerry and I found out, the support of Omnipage is bad to nonexistent.

Their Tech Support, while friendly and courteous, informed me that this program was incompatible with Mac OSX Panther and Tiger versions. Why would they sell a product as Pro X when you can't even install it on Mac's two latest versions.
