First I tried the Linksys WRE. Couldn't configure it to my Linksys SRX400 w/MIMO Speed Bosster wireless router. I spent hours trying. Finally I gave up and tied to contact Linksys tech support, on hold 1.5 hours, no human response. I went out and bought the Hawking. It didn't work either but know I knew why. Neither the Linsys or the Hawking work with the latest wireless routers (MIMO versions). I called Hawing Tech Support, on hold lss than3 minutes, confirmed my suspicions, installed a Linksys WRG54 and was up and running in 5 minutes. The good people of Linksys don't tell you about their incompatability with products. You have to work that issue out on your own. If I had a Hawking wirless router to use I never would have used Linksys. No more CS/Linksys for me. hawking forever!
