Not sure how you get 2 pounds a minute maybe 1 depends how fine you grind but medium grind is maybe at best 1 pound a minute , loudheats up after running or 20 pounds of meat then after 2 deer the bushing broke and now i am looking to replace it with somthing better. OK if you grind a few pounds a year but if you plan on grinding your deer get somthing better and if you are only going to grind a few pounds a year get a hand grinder and save the money
